Frequently Asked Questions
Our subscription plans offer unlimited design requests and revisions for a flat monthly fee. We provide on demand access to consistent, high-quality design services at your finger tips. You can find out more about how it works here.
Depending which package you choose we will provide you with a minimum of design hours a day to work on your jobs. Hours stated are minimum hours, and when we have spare capacity we will work more than the hours allocated and move to the next item in your queue.
The free trial gives you 7 days to brief us and see how we work and the designs we produce. You can cancel your free trial at any time and there is no payment made at all to us.
During the Free Trial period we will deliver 2 design jobs and up to 6 hours of the design time.
We provide the assets to you with a watermark (we are unable to supply the files of the designs until you become a paid subscriber). The assets we produce during a Free Trial period are owned by Design Bees but will become yours once you are a paid subscriber.
Logos, videos and brand guidelines are not covered by the Free Trial.
If you do not cancel your selected Service within 10 days (before the end of the Trial Period), your account will transition to the paid subscription plan you chose at sign up.
At the point of the paid subscription taking effect, the assets will become the property of the client and we will supply your assets without the watermarks in place.

If you cancel in the middle of your billing month, the subscription will cancel on the renewal date when the next payment would have been taken.
