Unlimited describes the queue, not simultaneous output. You can log as many briefs as you like. Your designer works them in priority order within your plan hours, so a batch clears steadily rather than all at once.
Is a subscription better than hiring or using a freelancer?
If your design demand genuinely fills a week and you need someone in the room when strategy is set, hire. A subscription is the better answer when the demand is real but does not fill a full-time role.

Do you have an office in Sydney?
Our studio is in Surry Hills, Sydney, and we work with businesses across Australia. You get a experienced designer who knows the Australian market working your business hours, so briefs move during your day rather than overnight. Most of our clients never need a face to face meeting, and everything runs through the portal.
How quickly will I get my first draft?
First drafts usually land within 24 hours for standard requests. More complex projects like large pitch decks or video edits will take longer, but your designer will give you an exact timeline when the brief is logged.
What happens if I need more than my plan hours?
If you need more hours to complete your projects, you can easily upgrade to a higher tier subscription plan at any time. Alternatively, you can purchase an additional plan to instantly double your available design hours for the month.
Can I cancel or pause?
Yes. There are no lock-in contracts. You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time right from your billing dashboard.
Do I get the source files?
Absolutely! You retain 100% ownership and copyright of all completed designs. We are happy to provide the original source files including editable Canva links, if applicable. Simply let us know in your initial design brief that you would like the working files included with your final delivery.

Branding with Design Bees starts at $499 AUD (inc. GST) for Brand Guidelines, you can combine this with a One-Off Logo & Brand Identity Package for $899 (inc. GST) , or can be covered under our Nectar Pro monthly design subscription priced at $2,645 AUD/month (inc. GST)
