Step 1. Briefing
Jump into the platform and submit your brief, along with any copy, and images. Our designers can assist in sourcing images if needed.If you need to prioritise a job logged you can do so once submitted.
Step 2. Job Assigned
Your job is then assigned to a designer, we give you the same designer where possible. We handle one design task at a time from your queue working on the oldest to latest requests.
Step 3. Job Review
Upon completion of the design, you will receive an email notification prompting you to review your design.
Step 4. Unlimited Revisions
You have the freedom to make unlimited changes and revisions until you are completely satisfied with the design.
