About Loom: Loom is a free screen recorder that lets you capture your screen and voice. It’s ideal for showing our designers specific elements that are tricky to describe. (The free plan allows videos up to 5 minutes, so keep it short and focused.)


How to submit your Loom video:

  1. Record your Loom video showing the details you want to explain.

  2. In your online brief, the last question asks: “Anything else you want to tell us?”

  3. Paste your Loom video link there so the designer can watch it before starting your job.

Tip: Keep your video concise and highlight the key points—this helps our designers understand your vision quickly.
