All new designs sent via Filestage require an email notification to let you know there is a file ready for review. Unfortunately, this initial review notification cannot be turned off, as it is required for the review process.
However, if you have signed up for a Filestage account and are receiving additional update emails (such as comment updates or reminders), you can control these notifications by adjusting your Filestage settings.
How to Manage Filestage Email Notifications
Log in to Filestage.
Click your avatar in the top-right corner and select Personal Settings.
Go to the Notifications tab (the second tab).
Adjust your email preferences as needed.
Tip: To keep emails to a minimum, we recommend turning off all notifications except the Due Date Reminder, which alerts you when you have overdue reviews to complete.
