We normally work on jobs in the order they are submitted (first-in, first-out). However, you can prioritise certain jobs to be worked on before others.
To re-order your jobs by priority, visit your Design Dashboard in the portal and follow the step-by-step instructions below.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Go to the Jobs Overview page in your Design Dashboard.
You’ll see all your open design jobs, their current stage, and their priority. By default, jobs are listed in the order they were submitted.

To change the priority of a job:
Click the three dots on the job card.

Select Change Priority.
Assign a number to the job:
1 for the highest priority
2 for the next priority
And so on (you can reorder up to 10 jobs at once).

Once updated, our team will work on your jobs according to the new priority order.
