How do I get my final design files?

When your final design files are ready, we’ll notify you by email. This email includes secure download links to our file storage, which will remain available for 60 days.

You can also access your final files directly from the Design Dashboard for up to 10 days after they are issued.

If you’re unable to locate files from a past job, simply message us via chat with the job name, and we’ll resend the files for you.
