How do I check the status of my job?

Track your design job from start to finish and see exactly where it is in the process.

You can check the progress of all your design jobs directly from your account using the Design Dashboard. Follow the step-by-step guide below to see the current status of any job.

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Click on the Design Dashboard link from the Home Page of your portal.

  2. Each job appears as a card showing its status bar just under the job name.

  3. The status bar indicates where your job is in the design process.


Here’s what each status means:


  • Brief Submitted – The job has been submitted but has not yet been assigned to a designer.

  • Design Underway – The job has been assigned and the designer is working on it.

  • Under Review – The design is ready for your review via Filestage.

  • Client Approved – You have approved the design via Filestage.

  • Finals Issued – Final design files have been delivered to you.

  • Job Closed – The job is officially closed, which happens 2 days after the final files are issued.



Job cards will be archived 10 days after closure.

Tip: If you need to prioritize a job, you can do this from the dashboard.
