You can check the progress of all your design jobs directly from your account using the Design Dashboard. Follow the step-by-step guide below to see the current status of any job.

Step-by-Step Instructions
Click on the Design Dashboard link from the Home Page of your portal.
Each job appears as a card showing its status bar just under the job name.
The status bar indicates where your job is in the design process.
Here’s what each status means:
Brief Submitted – The job has been submitted but has not yet been assigned to a designer.
Design Underway – The job has been assigned and the designer is working on it.
Under Review – The design is ready for your review via Filestage.
Client Approved – You have approved the design via Filestage.
Finals Issued – Final design files have been delivered to you.
Job Closed – The job is officially closed, which happens 2 days after the final files are issued.
Job cards will be archived 10 days after closure.
Tip: If you need to prioritize a job, you can do this from the dashboard.
