How do I cancel a design request?

Easily remove a design job from your queue directly from the Design Dashboard.

You can cancel a design job at any time by visiting your Design Dashboard in the portal.

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Open your Design Dashboard to see all your jobs listed.


  2. Find the job you want to cancel, click the three dots on the job card, and select Cancel Job.

  3. A confirmation prompt will appear asking if you’re sure you want to cancel. Confirm your choice.

Once canceled, the job will be removed from our system and any ongoing design work will stop immediately.
