What is not covered as part of the design process?

Certain tasks and services are outside the scope of our design process.

While we aim to handle a wide range of design requests, there are some tasks we cannot cover as part of a job. If your request falls outside our scope, we will inform you promptly.

These include, but are not limited to:

  • Content writing or manual typing (e.g., typing text from images, creating ad titles, researching content or copy)

  • Copy translation services (text must be submitted in copy-and-paste format)

  • Extremely complex or fine art illustrations

  • Photoshop art or complex photo manipulation

  • Digital painting & game assets

  • 3D / CAD designs

  • HTML, CSS, UI/UX, mobile, or app design

  • Coding, programming, or development

  • File formats outside our supported types

  • Research tasks (e.g., product info lookup, sourcing images from Google or other websites)

  • Generating QR codes (these need to be supplied as images)

  • Creating bar codes

  • Use of Adobe plug-ins or extensions (free or paid)

This list helps ensure we focus on delivering high-quality designs efficiently and within the services included in your plan.
