What happens at the end of a free trial?

Your free trial will either convert to a paid plan or end if you cancel.

If you do not cancel your selected service before the end of the Free Trial period, your account will automatically transition to a paid subscription.

This subscription will be on the plan you selected when registering for the Free Trial. Once your Free Trial converts, any design final files created during the trial will be released and sent to you.

You can check which plan you selected by going to My Account.

If you’d like to change your plan before or after the Free Trial ends, please reach out to us, and we’ll be happy to help.

Tip: If you’re unsure about continuing, make sure to cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged.
