How do I collect my final design files after approval?

Download your final files via email or the Design Dashboard once approved.

Once you approve a design, you’ll receive an email notification letting you know that your final files are ready.




  • The email will include links to the download drives, which remain available for 60 days.

  • You can also access the files directly from the Design Dashboard for up to 10 days after they are issued.

Tip: Save your files promptly to avoid them being archived after 10 days in the Design Dashboard.
