How do I use Filestage for my designs?

Review and approve your designs easily using Filestage.

All design files are sent to you for review and approval via Filestage.io. We use this portal to make it easier for you to provide clear feedback and indicate exactly what changes you need.

When a design is ready for review, you’ll receive an email notification from notifications@filestage.io.




How reviewing works:

  • Open the Filestage link from the email.

  • Click directly on the design to leave comments in specific areas.

  • Submit your feedback so our designers can make the requested changes.

Filestage uses a simple click-and-comment system, which most users find very intuitive. If you need extra guidance, watch the video below for a step-by-step walkthrough.

Tip: Providing feedback directly on the design helps speed up revisions and ensures accuracy.
