How do I turn off updates from Filestage?

All new design submissions via Filestage require an email alert to let you know there’s a file ready for review. Unfortunately, this initial review notification cannot be turned off, as it is necessary for the review process.

However, if you have signed up for a Filestage account and are receiving additional update emails (such as comment notifications or reminders), you can control these notifications in your Filestage account.

How to manage Filestage email notifications

1. Log in to Filestage.

2. Click your avatar in the top-right corner and select Personal Settings.
   

   

3. Go to the Notifications tab (the second tab).
   

   

   
   

4. Turn off the emails you don’t want to receive.
