How do update my payment details?

Update or add a new card anytime via My Account if you are the Account Holder.

You can update or add a new card to your plan at any time in the My Account section. Please note, only the Account Holder can make changes to payment details.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Go to the Design Portal and click My Account from the side menu.


Step 2: Click on the Subscriptions tab.

  • This will show the card currently linked to your subscription.

Step 3: Change the card linked to your subscription.

  1. Click the Active toggle arrow to expand the plan details.

  2. Click Update Payment Method.

  3. Enter your new card details in the box that opens and save.

Tip: Keeping your payment details up to date ensures uninterrupted access to your design plan.
