How do I change my plan?

Easily upgrade or downgrade your plan anytime through the Design Portal.

You can change your plan by adding a new plan to your account at any time. Your existing plan will remain active until you cancel it, which you can do yourself.


Refunds and timing:


  • Upgrading to a more expensive plan: When you cancel your old plan, we’ll arrange a prorated refund for the remaining days until your next billing date.

  • Downgrading to a cheaper plan: Your current plan will remain valid until your next billing date.


Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Add the new plan

  • Go to the Design Portal and click Change Your Plan.

Step 2: Choose your new plan

  • Select the plan you want to move to from the options.


Step 3: Checkout & pay

  • Complete the payment for your new plan.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once your new plan is added.

  • After processing, we will handle the cancellation of your old plan and any refunds due.

Tip: Upgrading is immediate, but downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
