You can cancel a plan at any time as long as you are the Account Holder (the email address that receives the invoice emails each month).
When you cancel, your plan will remain active until your next billing date and will automatically end after that.

Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Go to the Design Portal
Click Cancel Plan.

Step 2: Confirm your authority
If you are the Account Holder, click Cancel Now.
If you are not the Account Holder, ensure you have permission to act on their behalf and use the provided form. Our team will process the cancellation for you.

Step 3: Cancelling as the Account Holder
You’ll see your active subscriptions.
Click the arrow next to Active to expand the plan details.
Click the Cancel link at the bottom and confirm.
Tip: Your plan remains active until the next billing date, so you can continue using your remaining time.
