Creative Designer

Location: Remote Philippines
Role: Full-Time, Permanent
Compensation: PHP 23,000 to PHP 50,000+ depending on experience.

Our designers work across a wide mix of brands and industries, producing creative assets that clients rely on for day-to-day business needs.

About the Role
We are looking for versatile Creative Designers with strong skills in graphic design, multimedia, and digital content creation. This role involves working across a wide range of creative tasks including branding, social media content, presentations, motion graphics, and general design collateral.
Designers operate within set daily creative hours for each assigned client. Not all tasks need to be completed in one sitting as long as progress is consistent and output remains high-quality.
 

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Design digital assets such as social media graphics, web banners, infographics, email graphics, static and animated content, and general marketing collateral.

  • Follow existing brand guidelines and interpret client briefs accurately.

  • Collaborate with project managers to ensure efficient workflow and timely delivery.

  • Maintain organised files and documentation for all projects.

  • Use tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere), Canva, Figma, and Trello


Experience

  • Minimum 3+ years in a high-volume or fast-paced design environment.

  • Demonstrates the speed, accuracy, and versatility of a mid-to-senior designer.
     

Portfolio

  • Strong, diverse portfolio showing static design, social content, and multimedia or motion graphic work.
     

Skills

  • Proficient in Illustrator and Photoshop.

  • Comfortable using Canva and familiar with After Effects or Premiere.

  • Excellent English comprehension and strong attention to detail.
     

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with Australian or Western clients.

  • Background in agency or volume-based design work.
     

Device and Internet Requirements

  • Minimum 8GB RAM

  • Intel i5 7th Gen / Ryzen 3 5th Gen or higher

  • Stable 15 Mbps internet connection
     

Schedule

  • Full-time, Philippine Time: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM

  • Schedule may shift slightly during Australian Daylight Saving.

  • Aligned with Australian business hours.
