Moving Up a Plan?
If you move up a plan, we will organise a refund of your current plan (effective of today's date) and send this to you. 
 

Moving Down a Plan?

• The cancellation of your existing plan will take effect at the end of your current subscription period. 

• To avoid paying for 2 plans, we recommend that you make this change the day before your next billing date.
